What is a Property Stocks and Shares ISA?
A Property ISA is not a type of ISA like a Cash, Innovative or Stocks and Shares ISA. It’s a type of investment or fund which you can invest in through a Stocks and Shares or an Innovative ISA. Being in an ISA, this means any returns you gain from this investment are protected from the taxman.
These allow you to invest in property without having to invest in one specific property – instead you can invest in a fund which in turn invests in property.
What kind of property can I invest in through an ISA?

You could, for example, choose a fund which is invested in commercial property. These will generate capital growth of funds or income from rent – which is then paid into funds (and ergo, paid to investors as a dividend).
