Technologies you should be familiar with are generally Microsoft based including Microsoft .NET, Micorosft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services (MOSS), SQL Server, ASP.NET, .NET Compact Framework, and Mobile developments for PDA and Tablet (Windows Mobile 5.0 & Windows Mobile 6)
etc.
