Pocket PC, the power to transform your
business is at hand

Information Systems' Managing Director Thomas Payne proposed that "The conditions are now right for Pocket PC based applications to transform your business" in his speech at the Internet World Convention at London's Earl's Court in June 2002. Payne contends, “The emergence of .NET Compact Framework, - Microsoft's new run time environment for the hand-held, and web services which run within the full .NET environment, means developers can now create end to end business solutions that couple the extreme portability of the hand held with the full resource of central business systems.” |

Information Systems scores two technology goals
Earlier this year, we set ourselves two important technology goals.
The first was to get on to the Microsoft Early Adopters Program for
the .NET Compact Framework: the second was to win a place at TechEd
2002 with a product developed using CF.NET. We're proud to say we
scored both goals. But more to the point, these goals have enabled
us to propel your business faster into the new world of mobile web
services. |
